Log consulting was established in the year 1992 as a consulting advise agency.
The main objective is to work out logistics audits for middle size companies in order to analyse and describe the processes for the acquisition of a local Czech company by the foreign investor.
Second goal is to help the resp. Company during the restructuralisation process in order to recovery the internal processes and to launch succesfully the business activities.
The mission of the agency to enlarge the international co-operation and to become as a local agent for foreign investors.
